Mike, everything that you say is correct.  Private Police in the form 
of Railroad Police, etc. were discussed early on in the Scott M. 
debate.  However, the issue is not whether or not in some states there
is an animal such as a private police officer.....the issue is that 
Scott is a security guard; and not a private police officer.  By the 
way, how are folks handling the aftermath of the tragedy at the school
in Paducah?
