The story is a corker, for sure.

Neat, that "ZIP expands to bigger than the volume" thing.  Are
you changing your opinion on full disclosure these days?  After all, the
tale of "good hackers just post; they don't propagate," and
"ten thousand wormkits are out there for the taking" is hitting
the mainstream media now.  I've seen "script kiddies" three times
in the last week.

My usual take on this is "everything is fun until everyone else does it."

Given that pattern scanners are a lame defense against fast-mutating
(random-kit) malware, and given that 90% of humanity are total putzes, and
would click on their grandmother if she wandered under their mouse, do you
think we'll give the vendors religion before or after the world comes
crashing down about our ears?
