You're the one fixated on the word "putsch". Every definition I can find
involves; sudden, violent, and overthrowing governments. The mid-March 2016
election was not sudden, we were given plenty of notice that it was coming,
there was no violence even though some Z1ers sounded violent, and no
governments were involved.

Yes - one that concluded eight months after it should have.
The echo rules call for an election each year as close to mid-March as
possible. There is no mention of how long it should be since the last one, and
mid-March 2016 was surely practical. The mid-March 2016 election was concluded
in a timely manner with minimum ruckus.
