Glad to hear someone is still working on those things. Back about 30 years
ago, SoCal Edison put one on a drug store around the corner from where I
lived. They made a big thing in the local papers 'bout how this could be the
wave of the future and all. I'm not sure how long it was on there, but they
never had any problems with it.

That would probably be a better way to go than a turbine. They could figure
the amount of power required for say a 70 mph cruise and size the fuel cell
to that. When parked it could be charging the battery pack which would
suppliment the fuel cell for acceleration and stop and go use.
