It is a balancing act.  We wouldn't store emails per se in the document
storage system, but rather other documents (scanned outside docs, inside
docs like Word and Excel).

The problem I have is with CAD users saving huge files. We have guidelines
to minimize such behavior, but naturally it is not followed very closely.
