Bob knows that.  He wanted to be banned.  And his bitterness has now led
him to spit in the faces of Ed Koon and Shannon Talley.  Ed and Shannon
have kindly allowed Bob to have access to their BBS systems, for free.  He
has abused their kindness.  Bob has also violated at least two items of the
terms of service of his ISP.  So, yeah, he is pretty dumb if he wants to
endanger his basic internet access.

Bob would be VERY upset if banned persons were to post to HIS echo.  But
what recourse would he have?  Would he have the gall to go to Ed and
Shannon and demand that those banned persons be prohibited from doing
EXACTLY WHAT BOB IS DOING?  That would be amusing to see.
