Yes: in fact, old-fashioned places serve it with a beer warmer: that's a 
thing that looks like a cigar tube, with a hook-shaped handle coming off the 
top and down.  It sits over a small candle or warmer, and then you hang it in 
your beer if the beer is too cold.
