There is no ruling necessary, Nathan.  Michiel cannot decide who displays a
composite work such as Fidonews.  It is a document made up of contributions
from mainly zone 1 members:

  Darryl Stout
  Thom LaCosta
  Robert Couture,
  BBS Corner (Virgina)

all written in accordance with published policies, etc. of Fidonews.

On occasion, people like Michiel and others contribute to this composite
work, but none of the articles published are ever distributed alone or as a
singular work.
