This is not an issue that Malcolm, or me, or you or anyone else can make a
ruling about because these matters are already chisseled in stone all over
the world but not in a uniform way.
 
You, and several others overthere, need to start understanding that the
world on different aspects does not apply the same law, but different
interpretations of general principles.
 
A lot of the completely useless discussion, which BTW I'm skipping
completely and I trust many others do as well, comes from the basic
faillure to recognise that outside of the United States things are handled
diffently.
 
Once that approach is adopted and you move away from the "This is how
it's being done here and y'all need to do the same" attitude then a
lot has been achieved and a lot less missunderstanding will not occur.
 
And let's be fair about this, the whole discussion is not about
"copyright" but about people trying to make a mockery of other
people based on their presumed superior language skills.
"Copyright" is just the tool, not the goal, it could very well be
any other topic.
