   You're quite right. I could also have subdivided 25-50 mhz into its 
international broadcast, c.b., amater 10 meter, public safety, and so on 
allocations. I wasn't trying to be precise, just give an example of the 
marketing hype that is technically true, but still self-serving. It's not 
until you get to the manual that you learn (if you didn't already know) what 
allocations are for what services....
