| subject: | Title Bar Text |
I have been experimenting w/ changing the title bar text, and hence the task list. Recently I have noticed that the name of the program isn't removed from the task list. This may happen several times when I execute from a window, but I am not able to determine the cause. When I execute this program from a WPS object it consistently leaves the window text indented under the object name in the task list: that is, if I execute the program 10 times, I will have ten entries under the WPS object name in the task list. Background: As I move the cursor around my frame/client area, I modify the instructions displayed in the title bar, and when I lose focus, I change the title text to the name of the program, so that something meaningful will appear in the task list. (Not so important if the program is executed from its own object). It is this text that remains after the program exits. I am never attempting to access the task list directly, only as it reflects the WinSetWindowText function. BC++ 1.0 and OS/2 2.1; Any clues?
