Irrelevant with an echo which isnt supposed to have commercial traffic
in it like say Trevs Aust_Trading. You are entitled to expect that if
you do carry that, the occasional commercial one will get stomped. And
entitled to PC the sysop of a system who couldnt care less.

Crap, particularly in that particular example of a user who
flouts the hobby structure of fido with commercial messages.
That can indeed be PCed if the sysop of the system he is doing
that from takes no action at all when thats pointed out as happening.
