I'm using GpiPartialArc to create 'pie' sections/charts.  I haven't been
able to fill the individual sections w/ colors.  I have tried flood fill
but no go:

     ptl.x = 264 ;
     ptl.y = 290 ;
     GpiMove ( hps, &ptl );

     // Set color for the pie section
     if ( Timer2Count == 4 )
         GpiSetColor ( hps, CLR_BLACK );
     else
         GpiSetColor ( hps, CLR_GREEN );

     // Draw the pie section
     GpiPartialArc ( hps, &ptl, MAKEFIXED ( 35, 0 ),
                     MAKEFIXED ( 0, 0 ),
                     MAKEFIXED ( 120, 0 )) ;
     ptl.x = 264 ;
     ptl.y = 290 ;
     GpiLine ( hps, &ptl ) ;
