Honest? The US are not the worst country to live in... For example I would
never move to France, not even if I were paid for it. Just was there again
a couple of hours ago and am again convinced someone should build a fence
around it.
 
As for money ... it has been mentioned already but in this part of the
world there hardly are any cash-transactions left.
 
Belgium pioneered the use of debit cards and I've been using them since
1973. PC Banking I started somewhere in the 2nd half of the 80-ies and
on-line banking 6-7 years ago. Even the kids' allowances are
electronic-transfers into their bank-accounts.
 
Cash money? I hardly have any other than coins.
