Where can I get UUPC? How big is it, and why did it take you a month
to set it up?

The SPCUG mentions it, but doesn't actually have anything but UUPC
utilities. Everything else seems to need PCBoard, Wildcat, Telegard,
or some other BBS system. There are all sorts of thingies that convert
Fido messages (or BlueWave) to UUCP format for PCBoard and Wildcat, but
nothing for UUPC.

Do I have to set up a full BBS, messagebase and all... with a new
archiver and comms protocol package? And if that's the case, which one
do you recommend?

Regards,
Bob
