All because no-one cares enough to hold one. We all realise that it doesn't
matter who the moderator is in that echo - it is a paper tiger role -

None - they are as toothless as the moderator. But at least they say when the
elections should be held. That helps keep the traffic up.

Remember Fidonet is not the Z1 "ruled with iron fist" community that it once
was. Z1 is in the minority today - and totally powerless.
