I usually don't see much benefit from Rwins bigger than 32k util you get a
fast machine on a >5 kBps cablemodem line.  Yes there are such - like
Optimum/Cablevision around NYC, until the neighborhood gets saturated. 
They build out, then let everyone enjoy as much of the pipe as the
cablemodem can manage - until the hammer falls.  You wouldn't believe the
squawks I hear from that spoiled contigent - Optimum promises nothing, and
hints at 3k.

A friend in a working-class neighborhood of Brooklyn gets 10k!  I guess
Archie Bunker's grandkids only want short, lo-fi songs (g).
