You having that problem too, eh? :-)
I gave up completely on Staples.com last night, after an hour or so of
putzing around with it got me to a "server timeout" screen. They
wouldn't even let me look around without accepting way too many cookies,
and entering my zip code, after which it didn't get any further. That's
not all, a blast to "webmaster{at}staples.com" bounced! So i
finally got into the "contact us" form and left them a note
there, which got me a form letter in response after me telling them not to
bother contacting me.
That's okay, there _are_ lots of companies out there who have a clue.
They may not be as big, or as convenient, but they don't have to hassle
me either.
