 Hitachi is not too bad. But I have had bad luck with  couple of
Samsung drives. Soem tech's I talk with perfer Western Digital becasue
they have the Least Hassle Return Policy. In fact their HD diagnotics
software does the Diags o nrthe Drive and it IT recomendsa return the
program even lets you fill out the RMA within the software and prints
the diag report to be mailed in with the Drive. 
You may have to make a Call but I don't know as I hve never personaly
gone through the Prociedure having Mostly Maxtor Drives.
