Steers just like a car.... and a trick I learned for reverse is to step
around to the other side of the wheel looking backward and steer it like
normal... no doing everything in reverse like backing a trailer

Yes... a single line Hood furler.... but your double foil would be great for
flying two jibs wing to wing..... but you better have a steady wind
direction... (or a lot of crew)

Makes more room in the cockpit since you don't have the traveler cutting the
cockpit in half... and on bigger boats they assume you will have crew...

Bigger boats are easier to sail .... until you get a spinnaker.... but that
isn't exactly "single handed" material ...
I also added an Autohelm ST4000 so that it will do a 100 degree tack while I
adjust the sails in the front of the cockpit.... that makes single handing
with a wheel very do-able...
