 The official FidoNet tag is HOMEPOWR, and the original rules specifically 
state that it is for discussion of home-made power. Your sysop can name it 
anything he wants on the local system and that name may or may not reflect 
the actual stated topic.
It's only through the extreme forbearance of the moderator that this thread 
has been allowed to continue, it surely doesn't bear on the stated conference 
topic.
