Except when Don *did* get another echo feed, but his NC insisted he poll his
assigned hub regardless for echomail. They would not give him his money back
because they insisted that the initial trouble with the hub has been rectified,
and he need not obtain echomail from elsewhere.
So much for being able to choose your echomail source.
