I have found that you can omit steps 2 and 4.  Simply modifying the Win-OS/2 
communications drivers was sufficient to allow Win-OS/2 to use the Upgrade 
Wizard, after closing all Win-OS/2 sessions and then opening up a new 
Win-OS/2 session to run it.
