Yes, I know of the volume to weight ratios. :) Nonetheless, even if
much of it was sheer muscle there is still a likelihood of limited
agility & maneuverability. If you aren't fat, then you must possess a
naturally beefy and muscle-responsive body to move a hardcore
bodybuilder to head-shaking envy. I am 6'6 and 218. During my
college years I knew fellows at 6'7/270. They were massive. I cannot
imagine someone a bit over 6 feet and 300. [Of course, you did not
mention your exact height. Care to give more exact stats to satisfy
curiosity?]
