  Call up your phonebook. Select the entry you want to change. Click on
  "Edit marked entries".  On next screen, bottom left, click on
  "Expert".  A screen will come up and a box with "BAUD" will be in
  upper left. Click on down arrow, select baud rate you want. Then
  click on "ok". Next screen click "ok", and it will be save. Try
  dialing and it should be rate you selected.
