Hi Jack,
LH> Thanks for the Dwnsrt55.zip file. I set it up and it
JS> Hmmm... yes, that's true. The newer versions have a
JS> configuration option for description offset in order to
JS> line up the descriptions properly if you're using a
JS> download counter but 5.5 doesn't. I have no problem
JS> with the location of the created files but, again, I'm
JS> using a much newer version. On the ZIPping, just use a
JS> batch file to take care of it. It shouldn't have
JS> changed your magic file unless you configured it to
 JS> write one. ;)
I got the file you sent and will work with it after I finish getting my
bbs list posted tonight. It's 1:35 and I am almost ready, just checking for
last minute mail first. :-)
LH> I am sure I can work on it to get it working right,
LH> but the output is not as nice as the one with AvailList.
JS> Mine is, IMO. In fact it's better and DownSort is much
JS> more configurable. I only wish I could locate version
JS> 6.1 for you but it is elusive to say the least. If you
JS> can't get it working to your satisfaction, let me know
JS> and I'll send you another program, DIZList, (very
JS> fancy) that may fill the bill for you. DIZList isn't
JS> BBS type dependent. It'll work fine with Maximus,
 JS> though.
I will let you know how it goes after I get it set up tomorrow.
