I wouldn't count on it.  My check cleared on May 10, and I have nothing yet 
either.  His BBS is now down, and not on the nodelist. I called information, 
and there is one Casao in Stockton, who claims he is not there.  I have been 
unable to find a phone listing for him or his "business,"  and I suspect he's 
keeping a low profile, plannong his next sting.
I'm going to send him a registered letter tomorrow, and see if he replies, or 
has left with no forwarding address.  Then I'll see about taking legal 
action, either with Postal inspectors, Better Business Bureau, or Stockton 
authorities.
