Hello All!
I am a college student, here in Metro Toronto, Canada.  This should give you 
a price range.
I would like to purchase an editting suite.
-SVHS (Yeah, I know Betacam is better, but $$$; and Hi8, but compatibility 
with school is also needed)
-Cut Editting, no special effects would be required
-Slightly upgradable, so that if I want to add a third machine or and 
graphics.
-external Jog Shuttle

What set-up would you recommend?
What is the cost(specify currency)?
Who is selling it(Though most will add this in the above)?
What are the strong points?
What are the weak points?
Why did you recommend it?
