   In the States the average price is $20/month.  It seems like everyone and
their brother wants to be an ISP.  Now cable companies are getting into the
act, and offering super fast access, but at $40/month.  I'm waiting until the
price becomes somewhat more reasonable.  In the meantime, FIDO works fine for
NetMail.
