Hi John.  I'm sending you TBK100.ZIP, which is the last version of Tobruk
that I will be putting out. Would you be able to make it available for FREQ
(by anyone) from your system, and then post a message in NET_DEV saying
that it's available for FREQ (from you)?  It includes executables for OS/2,
