 Wasn't the Don Dawson case all about this.  Didn't he try to get echomail from
elsewhere because his assigned hub was using buggy software, Don got a bit
fed up with it, and started polling elsewhere.

 That's when he asked for his money back, and didn't get it.  Turned into a 
big shitfight, and eventually they kicked him out.  Police were involved,
arrests as well.  Good fun for the whole family.
