FM Ambulance freqs for Christchurch 141.3625 FMN Marleys Hill and 141.3875 
MHZ FMN MT Pearce
Scan between 141.3250 and 141.4625 for others.
 CM>  taxi,
usually between 105-108mhz sometimes between 150-154 mhz.
 CM>  air,
Airband is 108 - 136mhz AMW modes and 25khz steps
 CM>  Cellphone
830-890 mhz 30khz steps
hope these help these are all standard freqs for all around NZ.
