When you'd downloaded the package, be sure you've installed WPI 1.0.1 
at least _over_ WPI 1.0.1. This double install is needed because NEPM 
tries to check the version of WPI - and WPI fails to answer this 
question successfully because it does not know that it is installed 
when it is installed only once. Installing it twice (means already 
install it over itself lets it know that it is installed. It looks 
crazy, yes - but works other the install fails.

You must do that even if you've installed WPI 1.0.1 over an older 
version. If you're not on eCS 1.1 you'll find WPI listed on netlabs 
under projects -> system utilities. If you're on eCS 1.1 simply look 
on CD#2.
