I just looked the area up in the elist. Not everyone will care what the
elist says of course, I just looked there to see what info I could get
about the echo. It says the area is not a general chat area but no
mention of any restictions.

I guess it's upto the IC if he wants the area restricted to SysOp's only
or if he wants to be contactable by all users of fidonet no matter how
they access the net. I like the idea that the IC is contactable by all
myself.
