subject: How do you want it?

Hi y'all!
As many of you may already know - I am developing this IDE
replacement I call PB-EDIT. Among other features it has the ability
to generate DIM and DECLARE statements for you as they are needed
(such as when "$DIM all" is used)
Right now I have PB-EDIT programmed to insert the DIM or DECLARE
statements at the beginning of the file in the first position of any
other DIM of DECLARE statement, or if there are none, at the top of
the file right after any initial comment liness.
I presume that this is the logical place for them to go, but I wonder
if this is the *perfered* way. Do any of you folks agree? Is there
any potential problems with this implementation?
