 Well its pretty much a forgone conclusion that sooner
 or later timed local calls will come about. The way T
 is going about it, IMHO is underhanded and sly.

 Where did you get these figures from. I'm having another line 
 in for only 86.50 all up.
 If T manage to change the policy to allow for timed calls.
 All companies can take advantage of it, ie Optus. At present
 anyway they are only stating timed calls for data transfers,
 like fax, modem etc. Voice calls at this stage wont be 
 affected athough in the future who's to know.

 Without knowing what the costs will be, it is 
 impossible to guage what the effect will be.

 Sending to Telstra is probably a wasted effort. The Ombudsman
 and those presiding over the policy and the changes would be
 more appropriate.
