 Oh, yes, I have been getting panic attacks the last couple years.  Also
 my blood sugar has really gone wacko now for about a month.  Really bad.
 I found out we have 3 relatives including my mom, where this is happening.
 Generally appearing after some tramatic experience, physically or mentally.
 I am 43 almost 44.  I am young for the change, but had been experiencing
 symptoms for several years.  The doctor has never been able to catch it
 with blood tests just yet, but he is suspecting it nevertheless.  The
 reason I had twins because my body does not ovalate regularly and that
 particular month I had two eggs.  Even without ovalating I still have a
 monthly cycle.  The doc said it will probably take years before I am
 through the change.  My body does do better if I get regular chiro-care.
 And most of the symptoms subside to a real minimal.  Anyway I'm getting
 off topic now.
