Functions the name of which start with _ or __ are vendor (implementation)
specific. _chdrive comes with the C-Library of emx+gcc, probably it's a
kind of PC standard to include those functions. You can easily replace them
with the API calls DosQueryCurrentDir, DosSetDefaultDisk and
DosSetCurrentDir.
