Things were so bad that I discovered you didn't even have a directory under
/var/spool/uucp!  Anyway, "Ujeffg" is now added to the
/etc/uucp/sys file, and I sent another message in dial.tml.locsysop, and
now you have some data in /var/spool/uucp, so hopefully that's all it was!

I have also attempted to add debug info to both mgetty and uucico, so we'll
see if that actually works (I don't think the uucico debug is going to
work).
