 To encourage discussions on Australian gardening related subjects,
 either ornamental or productive, organic or inorganic. It is *NOT*
 the purpose of this echo to flame anyone about their gardening beliefs;
 better to agree to disagree. Remember; gardening is an enjoyable past-
 time, so let's keep the tone of this echo the same.

   WHAT IS PERMISSIBLE

 Anything on gardening in Australia, be it a new variety of rose,the best
 tasting tomatoes, the latest fashion for garden gnomes, the where to get
 a good shredder/mulcher, a miracle fertilizer, companion planting, the
 latest ways to get rid of pests or tips and tricks, covering all climatic
 conditions from tropical to cold areas. Gardening anecdotes are encouraged
 but keep it brief. Please be as certain of your facts as possible; do not
 lead other users astray.

   WHAT IS NOT PERMISSIBLE

 Flames and rude behaviour.

   ADVERTISING

 Advertisements are allowed, as long as it is only once a month, and has
 to be a product related to gardens, and must be a mail-order supplier to
 most or all states in Australia (no point for Joe's nursery in Sydney
 advertising a walk in sale to readers in Perth). Advertisers are encouraged
 to give discounts to users in this echo. Names and contact details of
 supplier may be used in reply to questions (although a FAQ may be produced
 if a question often arises). Restrictions will be imposed if these guide-
 lines are not adhered to.

   MODERATORS

 After seeing what has happened to some of the purposely unmoderated echos,
 this echo will be moderated by both Vicki Crawford and myself (Poe Lim).
 Any complains are to be directed to the moderators, and please leave
 moderation to the moderators. Please note that most moderator resposes will
