No, it hasn't, and our official release date for anything not yet released is
"When it's done".

Whoever told you (or them) that date is *MAKING IT UP*.  Understand this.  We
never give out release dates.  If you ever see one, it's someone's 
imagination.
Unless we specifically give you a date, trust no one's opinion on the release
date.
I will say this.  The registered version will probably come a bit after the
sharware by about 2-3 months, just like Duke Nukem 3D was.  It will probably
be some time until you see it in the stores.
