Is he exporting the mail to Denise?  If so, that is proper behaviour,
putting in her address when he is sending it to her.  If he is instead
sending it to you, as another point, then you've got a tough time, as your
system will probably reject his messages if he doesn't have a SEENBY line
in it, but on the other hand, his system probably shouldn't be putting in
Denise's address if he is not actually sending it to her.  BFN.  Paul.
