subject: DosWaitThread

DosWaitThread purports to either wait on any thread to die (if one hasn't
already died) or to wait on a specific thread to die. One of the parameters
it takes is a PTID

Is a tid the result returned by _beginthread() or the
tib->tib_ptib2->pib2_ultid ? Or can it only be obtained by using
DosCreateThread instead of _beginthread ?

The reason I ask, is that DosWaitThread doesn't seem to be waiting for a
thread to exit in the first two cases, and I don't really want to recode
just to test the third....

I'm using VageC++ with the following syslevels, if it makes any difference:

AD Common Runtime DLLs
Version 3.00 Component ID 562201601
Current CSD level: CTC305
