My family spent Thanksgiving week at WDW and we had a great time!  The 
weather was cool some nights, but according to the tourbooks, your highs 
should be in the 70's and November is not rainy.  Outside of thanksgiving 
week, the crowds should be thin, so I'd say you're set for a great time!  If 
you want to go swimming, the pools will be heated and day temps should be 
high enough to keep you warm when out of the water.  have fun!
