1. I didn't notice it.

2. It's written in a very generalized tone, unlike Stan who wrote it
specifically as a crude insult towards one woman, namely the First Lady.
I don't remember Laura Bush ever being called a "broad."
(On other message boards, she's referred to as being a "Stepford Wife,"
sort of robotic, but in Fido I don't remember anyone disparaging Laura
Bush.)
