Greeting everyone!

I have been out with a broken uplink for the past few days, and this may
continue (as a direct connection to this echo) for the next 3-4 weeks.
In the meantime, I'll be posting/reading via telnet on Mike Grant's system.

I have completed the P4 amendment draft and am ready tp send it to Ward and
Bjorn (for the Snooze).  All those who requested addition to the credits
section of the preamble recieve my hardy thanks, and those who missed out,
my apologies.  Hopefully, it will be in the next FidoNews issue, and posted
in several echos, by this weekend.

I fully expect everyone here to help gain support for our effort in any
way you can, and urge people to read it, and ask their RC's to vote.  :)
