On 19 May 97 16:31:25 Jeff Green typed to John Tserkezis .... Hi Jeff > JT> Everyone in zone3sysop knows about it too. > Who pointed it out? BTW, what happened to Rod Fewster? He pointed out that the person at fault in the Edwards affair was the Moderator who should have nipped it in the bud before it went too far. ( I think the moderator had Pauls name in his Twit List and wasn't seeing them) Rod Fewster then got a netmail telling him to stop abusing the moderator. Rod posted a message addressed to the moderator telling everyone of the netmail he had received and subsequently has his feed to that echo cut. Nice and consistent? NOT Fair? When queried over it, the moderator explained that he wouldn't accept abuse from anyone. IOW As long as HE wasn't being abused then he let abuse go by. Fuck me!! There are some swelled heads up there in the heirarchy. Now a new *R to replace More has been _appointed_ and there are complaints about no election. The appointment is another swelled head if my memory serves me right when Bill G had problems with the BPCUG board. The attitude at that time was typical of a Fido God and now he is one This "othernet" looks better all the time...... Even the internet is not plagued by the political problems of Fido. Zone 1 is having a shitfight and one of the alternative ideas proposed by the opponents of the incumbents is the same as Pauls "other net" Pick the echoes and have a read. You will wonder how they can classify themselves as adult. It all boils down to "Power Hungry". What happened to co-operation???
