  Thanks, Doris. I appreciate those answers. Usually I'm not much
  interested in trivia, but this one I SHOULD know. I don't recall the
  Whirlpool Rapids, and I've seen the Whirlpool only once. Had to cross
  the border to get a good look at it. :-)  (And I called the Old Scow a
  freighter - but what do I know? ) I hope Marilyn (the
  moderator, BTW) sees these answers - she was looking for them, too.:-)
