No, they should have been removed from the con files, but they were forgotten
about.  Duke 3D v1.5 is it.  There are no more updates planned.   The team 
as
split up, some are now working on finishing Shadow Warrior, and the rest are
starting work on the next all new Duke Nukem game, which we'll be announcing
shortly.
