 What... WWII, Pearl Harbor, or the Japs with a secret GPS?

 Actaully I'm dead sure about the first two, but the third is
conjecture. Whaty I *do* know, is that they're spending a fortune
building rockets that can put half a ton into orbit. The only needs
for so much payload is nukes, big spy satellites, and things like GPS.

 Anyoen with a rocket that can put 50kg into orbit can use it for
nukes. The Chinese started at the other end (with the help of the
USSR)... nukes first. All this bullshit about Koprean nukes is jsut
that until they build a rocket capable of putting 50kg in orbit.

 In the 1970's, *we* nearly had one (Bluestreak).
